The Double Eagle M89A Submachine is based of the UMP45 platform. The real UMP.45 is a tactical blowback operated closed-bolt sub machine gun, the development of the UMP.45 was undertaken with the aim to make a cheaper, lighter alternate to the MP5 range of weapons and both are still being produced today.

The replica features a frame stock, foldable to the side. M89A is powered by a durable, metal gearbox V.3. It also has an adjustable hop-up system. it is also fitted with a set of 22mm RIS mounting rails to attach a wide variety of additional accessories
